Phoenix Logistics, LLC
This is the namesake of Phoenix Logistics, Inc. (PLI), which was founded in 1991. Phoenix Logistics, LLC now houses all legacy PLI federal prime contracts. The contracts include highly advanced software development programs, information technology support, and medical training and simulation. The company also provides field service activities centered on U.S. Army digital ranges and aviation training systems.

Riptide Software, Inc.
Riptide Software was founded in 1991 and grew into one of the nation’s most capable software development companies. Based in Orlando, Florida, and home to some of the best minds in modeling and simulation, Riptide supports prime and subcontracts across the simulation and training spectrum. Illustrating the synergies of Phoenix Defense, Riptide and Phoenix Logistics both support the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).

A combination of Phoenix Logistics, LLC and Riptide Software, Inc., established as a joint venture to optimize the past performance and qualifications of Phoenix Logistics and Riptide.
PLI Manufacturing, LLC
PLI Manufacturing, LLC is a synergistic component which is rare in small to midsize companies, one complementing the work of both Riptide Software and Phoenix Logistics. It has substantial manufacturing capabilities, including 85,000 square feet of space in Gilbert, Arizona. Much of its output is related to avionic systems and machined parts for military ground and airborne systems, but it has proven itself in major space and commercial aircraft projects and will soon support live training by producing advanced targets. PLI Manufacturing, LLC is fully certified to ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 and maintains two site certifications: 1) for the Design, Development, Manufacturing and Test of Passive and Active Electronic Interconnects, Components, and Sub-Systems; and 2) for Manufacturing Precision Machined Components and Assemblies. PLI Manufacturing, LLC is also certified to AS9110 for the Repair of Machined Assemblies.
PHOENIX DEFENSE GERMANY, GmbH
Phoenix Defense Germany, GmbH, was established in 2022 to hold a license to do business in Germany. As of mid-2022, Phoenix Defense Germany had about 60 employees providing training service support to the U.S. Army in several locations. The new entity is an important step toward making Phoenix Defense an international company capable of doing business anywhere in the world.
