PLI Adds CNC Machining Capability

PLI Manufacturing announces our expansion of aerospace manufacturing capabilities in Gilbert, AZ to now include a 34,000 sq ft., state-of-the art CNC machine shop.  This addition broadens our aerospace footprint, expands our commercial and military aerospace offerings, and provides vertical support for forthcoming design and manufacturing opportunities with our Engineering Services division.

With over two decades of aerospace electronic manufacturing, we have assembled an experienced team of experts dedicated to providing high-complexity precision machining services for the aerospace and defense industry.  Our CNC machining factory is custom built for delivering high precision – tight tolerance machined parts and products.  PLI Manufacturing is equipped for all machining processes, cutting, shaping, and finishing metals and other raw materials.

Our team leverages certified AS9110D Quality Management Systems, Engineering and Manufacturing Resource Systems (ERP/MRP), Program and Engineering Leadership and our Supply Chain Management and Procurement teams to deliver products from prototypes to medium and high-volume production.
